Free US and Canadian shipping on all orders over $95.

We ship to the US with no customs charges, no duties, and no surprise fees — we absorb all tariff costs so you don't have to. Allow 5-10 business days from dispatch (dispatch takes 7-10 business days from purchase date), no signature required. Due to the tariff issue, we can thankfully keep the costs down for you, but it does add a few days shipping time sadly.

Please allow an additional few days if you are ordering from Canada, often we see delays going from the US to Canada. Sadly this is out of our control. If your tracking has not been updated for more than 8 business days, please let us know.

You can check the order status by logging into your Account.

You are not required to sign for your parcel. If you are not home when the package is delivered, the courier will leave it in a safe place.

Please consider your an alternative delivery address if you have had previous issue with missing parcels ie apartment buildings

Yes! After completing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains your order receipt & acceptance of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse. Following this, you will receive another email from us to let you know that your order has left our warehouse in NZ. Please allow 7-10 business days for our US team to receive your order and assign a tracking link.

Please check your spam box first, also we find that people have multiple email addresses so please check them all. Tracking and order status can also be found by logging into your Account.

No, all our prices include any customs and duties and tarriffs within America. Outside of America customs duties and charges may vary. Outside America HM Collective is not responsible for any charges the recipient may incur.

When you purchase from Hotmilk, you’ll notice your order will come in a little black courier bag. While this bag may look and feel like normal plastic, it’s a much more sustainable alternative. Our courier bags are made from bioplastic and printed with non-toxic soy based inks. They are certified compostable under AS4736 and certified home compostable AS5810, meaning that when they are added to a commercial or home compost, they will break down entirely into organic waste that can be used in your garden.

We also choose to work with courier companies who have good environmental policies and who also strive to reduce their carbon footprint.

US & Canada Returns

Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

• Added Checkout+ at checkout? Your return label is on us, simply lodge your return and choose between a full refund or store credit, free of charge.
• No Checkout+? No problem,  purchase your return label, then choose between a full refund or store credit with no additional fees or restocking charges.
