Meet Olivia

Qualiified Vet nurse and now beautiful stay at home mum to her one year boy.
With a love of sport, Olivia was so up for the challenge of being photographed and absolutely nailed it!

How did you feel about the changes to your body before the shoot?

I used to be very muscular from doing sport most of my life so I really noticed the loss of muscle tone in my body post partum which made me quite self conscious. I have been breast feeding for 14 months so that part of my body has changed a lot since before having a baby and that really got me down. I never really wanted to show off my body after having my baby.

How did the shoot and wearing Hotmilk Lingerie make you feel afterwards?

I felt so empowered to be a woman, seeing so many different pregnant and post partum bodies was so beautiful. It really made me appreciate my body and what is has given me. I feel so much more confident in my body now and it made me want to walk around in just underwear more often!

What’s the top tip you’d give to a new mother?

Be kind to yourself and let go of all expectations! Also, take help from people and try to prioritise yourself often.

What’s the best thing about being a mother?

Seeing your child grow and love is the most beautiful thing in the world. It makes every sleepless night worth it.
