Returns on sale items

Items purchased during the Mid Season Sale (excluding briefs and nursing pads) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided tags are attached, items are unworn and unwashed, and items are in original condition. For full details, see our Returns Policy. If your order included the free brief and you are returning your full order for a refund, the free brief must also be returned. If the brief has been opened or is not returned, $40 USD will be deducted from your refund.

What if a product sells out?

Sale stock is limited and may sell out. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, it will be automatically refunded and the remainder of your order will be shipped as normal. Style and colour of free brief may vary if your selected size is exhausted - substitutions will be of equal value.
