Returns & Exchanges
Hotmilk's Returns Procedure:
Hotmilk has a generous 30-day-returns policy giving you time to try on your garments to be sure of the fit.
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
Due to hygiene reasons swimwear and knickers are unable to be returned unless the garment received was faulty. However all other full priced items are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Clearance items may be eligible for an exchange or credit note only but not a refund. *Please note refunds will incur a one off $7 fee per order.This will be deducted from the refund for administration and handling costs that Hotmilk has incurred.
We ask that the garment has not been worn, all tags are attached, returned within the 30-day-return period and that you take care to protect the garment when posting. Any item(s) returned in any other condition will not be eligible for return.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
All refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item has been received by Hotmilk. We aim to process all return request as quickly as possible and you should expect to receive an exchange within ten working days after posting it back to us and in many cases you will receive a credit or refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes to resend your exchange product or for your bank to process your refund request.

First of all you will need your order number and the email address that you placed the order with. Enter them in the boxes below and click on the Lookup button to look up your order and open the returns tool. Then to create a return request click on the cart icon in the right hand column of the returns tool corresponding to the product/s that you want to return. For an exchange please remember to let us know the product style and size you would like to receive by entering it in the input box labeled Customer Notes. NB: To avoid disappointment please check on our online store that product that you would like in exchange is available in your preferred size. (Please note your requested exchange size can not be held for you, and may sell out before your return reaches us). If the garment you received has a fault then please photograph the fault and email our support team.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send your return until your return request has been approved. Once your request has been approved you will receive an approval email. Please print this and send it with your return items.
Your returns approval email will also contain the nearest returns address for you to send your returnable items to.
NB: In most cases the initial cost of return shipping to Hotmilk is not refundable. However, exchange items will be shipped to you free of charge.
