Returns & Exchanges
Hotmilk has a generous 30 day returns policy giving you time to try on your garments to be sure of the fit.
We will provide you with an exchange or refund for full priced items where:
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The items still have original tags attached
- The items are returned within the 30 day returns period
Please note sale items may be returned for an exchanged or store credit only
Swimwear and knickers are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons.
If you need to return an item, simply complete the return form on the back of your invoice including the following details:
- Your contact details, and order number (found at the top of your Invoice)
- Items being returned clearly marked exchange or refund
- Sizes or styles you wish to exchange to
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the tags have been removed and if the garment is not in original condition.
You should expect to receive your exchange or refund within four weeks after posting it back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All refunds will be processed when the returned item has been returned to us. The initial courier cost will not be refunded.
