Returns & Exchanges

Return Procedure:

Hotmilk has a generous 30 day returns policy giving you time to try on your garments to be sure of the fit.



All full priced items are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Unless specified, all sale items may be eligible for an exchange or credit note only, and we will always let you know when a sale or promotion excludes returns. Swimwear and Knickers are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons.

We ask that the garment has not been worn, all tags are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting. Any item(s) returned in any other condition will not be eligible for return.



To return and exchange an item simply complete the return form on the back of your invoice including your contact details and order number. Let us know what you would like to return and the style and size you need it exchanged too. You should expect to receive your exchange or refund within 10 days after posting it back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2-4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2) business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1-2 business days).

All refunds will be processed when the returned item has been returned to us. The initial courier cost will not be refunded.
