*Due to hygiene reasons swimwear, knickers and breast pads are unable to be returned or exchanged. However Free gift with purchase must be returned if requesting a refund (this includes free knickers or breastpads)
*Sale items are not refundable, valid for exchange / store credit only.
*Garments must be in the original condition with swing tags attached and unworn. We are unable to accept back any marked or worn items ( this includes deodorant, makeup, milk stains or perfume smells)
*In the unlikely event a garment is faulty, we have a generous 3 month policy for finding faults, after this timeframe its considered wear and tear. Please email details and photos within 3 months to support@hmcollective.com.
