Returns Refunds & Exchanges

Hotmilk has a generous 30 day returns policy giving you time to try on your garments to be sure of fit.  If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Please state clearly what you'd like to exchange the garment/s to, or if you'd like a refund.

If you have not set up an account, please return your product to our address below but ensure you put a very clear note in the parcel stating what you'd like to exchange and what new style/size you would like sent out, or if you would prefer a refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if the tags have been removed.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after posting it back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All refunds will be processed when the returned item has been returned to us. The initial courier cost will not be refunded.
