Jodie Hedley-Ward is the originator of the You Sexy Mother concept and author of ‘You Sexy Mother’, ‘YSM: The Journal’ and the ‘YSM Body Bible’. In demand as a public speaker, Jodie also has a website which provides inspiration and support to mums around the world. In 2009 she founded the International Motherhood Study alongside Dr Angela Huntsman, and surveyed 4708 women through Australia and NZ – asking them 131 questions about their motherhood experience. The study is now operating in the US and UK. Originally from New Zealand, Jodie now lives in Queensland, Australia with her husband David and their two children, Lili (6 years) and Josh (3 years).
